If a item is sold out when will it be restocked?
Unfortunately when an item is out of stock, especially exclusive 59fifty fitted hats it is rarely ever restocked exactly the same way. We may change up the teams and/or colorways. However, some of our "best-sellers" may be restocked time to time. Usually we do restock you will have to wait a minimum of at least 3 months before an exclusive 59fifty hat is restocked because that's how long it takes to manufacture.
Can I customize my own fitted hat?
Yes, we do custom embroidery for our exclusive 59fifty fitteds. Our embroidery price is subject to the design you ask for with a shipping cost included. Once you have purchased a fitted hat you can DM us on @UKFITTEDS or email us on info@ukfitteds.com with your order number and tell us what you would like done to your fitted hat for e.g " i want my name etched / customised on the bottom right" we offer different colours for embroidery too. The demand is extremely high therefore a waiting list. We are doing our best at to make sure every has the perfect fitted!
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. International orders may take longer. Generally, it is likely you will expect to receive your exclusive 59fifty fitted hat earlier than the given time frame.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
Unfortunately, due to health and sanitary reasons we do not take returns or exchanges. If you have received the wrong item or size
Please contact us at info@ukfitteds.com for return instructions. However we have a sizing page and highlight on our Instagram to prevent these cases from happening so please measure your head size before purchasing one of our 59fifty exclusive fitted hats !
Why is your price so high?
It costs us extra to import hats from the US into the UK especially for the rarer and exclusive 59fifty fitted hats , here at UKFitteds we want to ensure all customers will receive the most exclusive and rarest 59fifty and snapbacks possible!
Will you stock bigger sizes?
We will have drops that accommodate to all sizes eventually, it is our mission to provide the best new era 59fifty fitted hats available for everyone so in patience our UK Fitteds exclusive 59fifty fitted hat for you will eventually come in a drop.
How often do you guys drop?
It varies, we aim for 2 drops a month but sometimes it'll take longer than that as we get our fitteds directly sourced from America so we can provide you with heat because of that our fitteds typically take around 2 weeks to come. For our latest fitted hat drops you can check our new arrivals here.
When will my order arrive?
We ship within 24 hours and we use 1st class royal mail with tracking. If you need your item quick then we do special delivery however we charge an additional £5.
Why do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
